In the same vein as the post I wrote on
teen fatherhood a couple of weeks ago, Jill over at the blog Feministe has
written about a recent study on how teenage boys understand their sexual and romantic relationships. Results? Contrary to popular "common sense" assumptions that boys are driven by their physical sexuality and interested in girls only as sexual objects, the teenage participants in the study indicated that they value relationships in a much more holistic way.
